Estimates

The estimate process involves taking a close look at the damage to your car and determining the parts and total hours of labor required to repair it. We have many years of experience and up to date estimating software that help to make our estimates accurate. The insurance company will then approve the estimate, negotiate the price, or determine the vehicle totaled.

Disassembly

The highest quality parts will be ordered for your vehicle. All parts of the vehicle involved in the collision repair are removed and inspected. If any damage is discovered that was unseen during the estimation process, the insurance company is contacted so that a supplement can be added to the original estimate.

Bodywork

If the collision damage is severe enough, your car's frame must be straightened. We use a laser based alignment system that ensures your car meets the manufacturer's specifications. The body repair process involves repairing or replacing all exterior body panels that were damaged in the collision. Surface imperfections are removed and the body surface is readied for paint.

Painting

In this process the body panels are sprayed with one or more coats of primer/sealer to ensure proper paint adhesion. Then color coats are added. Finally, clear coats are added for shine and protection. We use a computer assisted paint matching system and maintain an extremely clean painting environment to prevent contamination.

Assembly

During this process all body trim, light assemblies, wiring, etc. are reinstalled and the vehicle's systems are tested. Proper alignment of the trim is also important to make sure the vehicle has the proper fit and finish. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail.

Detail

In this process, any parts of the vehicle that require additional polishing are tended to, then all dirt and dust is removed. The car is then washed and inspected for final quality by one of our management staff.
